Your necklace will arrive with a small card that shows the special date you chose and the moon phase that appeared on that date. If you choose a moon phase rather than providing a special date you will receive a blank card which you can fill in should you wish to.

1. Choose your preferred necklace length from the "Necklace Length" drop-down
2. If you would like me to look up the date for your moon phase please select "Use my special date" in the "Moon Phase" drop-down. If you already know the phase you would like please select it in the drop-down.
3. If you have selected "Use my special date" please add your special date in the "Add your personalisation" box. Be sure to write it in the same format as the following example: 26th July 2014

I will then find out the phase of the moon as it appeared or will appear on that date.
